  7. @001 and @002 agree:
  8.  
  9.      WHEREAS, certain disputes have ocurred between the parties 
  10. hereto, and,
  11.  
  12.      WHEREAS, they desire to amicably resolve these disputes,
  13.  
  14.      IT IS AGREED:
  15.  
  16. That in consideration of this agreement, the parties mutually 
  17. release one another from all claims of any kind whatsoever from 
  18. the beginning of time to the date of the execution of this 
  19. agreement, and that this mutual relase shall be valid and binding 
  20. and insure for the benefit of the hiers, sucessors and assigns of 
  21. both parties.
